Rates
The majority of our clients are invoiced a monthly fee, which is established after determining the amount of work the association will require on an annual basis. We typically engage in a one or two year contract, which outlines all the services to be provided. Work performed outside of the contract amount is charged out at our current hourly rate.
All staff hours are recorded on a daily basis, and are performed according to industry standard, ensuring the client is never overcharged and work remains in line with the services specified in the contract.
Expenses incurred on the client's behalf are itemized on the monthly invoice, such as parking, supplies, postage, printing, and courier charges.
Our association support package provides a centrally located office to serve as the "association headquarters". The office is open for business Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. (excluding statutory holidays). The package offers a reception area, mailing address, telephone, fax, email address and storage space for current files and material.
