We are centrally located on street level of an award winning heritage building in Gastown to serve as your "association headquarters". The 3,000 square foot office is open for business from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and is complete with a 10 seat boardroom and kitchen.

Staff
Our support team consists of eight full time employees, who all take great pride in the success we've helped to create for our clients, and the strong relationships that have been forged as a result.
At Support Services Unlimited our telephones are answered live during office hours, and our email and voice mail is monitored constantly. As a result, we are all very familiar in dealing with the day-to-day inquiries that associations receive. If information is to be distributed, all staff has immediate access at their desktop to the association files located on the computer network.
Support Services staff learn quickly, communicate effectively, and understand the importance of dealing with association members, ensuring members always receive prompt, courteous, and careful attention. With just one phone call, members can renew their membership, register for an event, or change their mailing address, while prospective members can find out what the organization is all about.
